Registration form – participation coupon stipulates the following elements:
The name and the surname of the presenting author; of the co-authors, in the order of their contribution to the elaboration of the paper. If the authors, including the one who presents the paper, belong to different institutions, their names will be followed by an index (e.g.: after the name of the author who presents the paper there will be mentioned, in parenthesis, the index 1 - Georgescu, A. (1) and after the name of each co-author, in order, 2, 3 etc - Popescu, A. (2), Ionescu, R. (3) etc),

Recommendations for the presentation of papers
The oral presentation of the papers(items, theoretical synthesis, case studies)
The papers will be included in sections and each section will have thematic segments that will last for 2 hours each. During these 2 hours, 4 or 6 papers will be presented.
The theme sessions will be moderated by two moderators, a foreign and a Romanian one. The moderators will make a synthesis of all the papers presented at their thematic segment.
The oral presentation of the papers may be made in MS Power Point with video projector or retro projector (plastic pages).
Each presentation will have between 16 and 20 minutes.
The presentation must follow the elaboration structure of the paper: objectives, hypothesis, procedure (participants/ study groups, time and place of the research – case study, used methods and procedures); results – explicitly related to hypothesis and/or problems open to discussion; conclusions: stressing upon the practical implications of the results – we recommend that each of these paragraphs to be noted on different slides/ plastic sheets of paper, as concise and suggestive as possible – through tables and graphics correctly named, eventually accompanied by 1-2 rows of text. We recommend for those presentations that include images or charts that the image or chart appear first and after that the text.
It is recommended to avoid reading the text on the slides. The oral discourse must further discuss the information on the slide and not just repeat it.
All the participants present in the audience at the presentations will evaluate them and their votes will be validated by the 2 moderators.
Poster presentation (items, theoretical synthesis, case studies)
The posters will be presented during 2 sessions of 3 hours each. In each session, posters will be grouped in theme areas (in accordance to symposium sections), each theme area having two moderators that will accompany the visitors as they walk along the posters,
The author will have 5 minutes for orally presenting his poster. After the brief presentation of the posters, the participants will have the opportunity to discuss openly with the authors of the posters.
The montage panels have 1.20 cm height and 0.80 cm breadth. For reading the text from a convenient distance it is recommended that the drafting font is minim 20 (Times New Roman).
The disposal of the montage panels will be vertical/ portrait and the poster will be attached to the panel by adhesive band (the adhesive band and the scissors ARE NOT given by the organizers and must be brought by the participants).
Recommended variant: poster printing previously assembled on a single sheet of paper, A0 format, and its setting on the montage panel.
The author must set the poster 1 hour before the beginning of session.
The presented information must follow the elaboration structure of the paper: the title of the paper, authors, affiliation, introduction, objectives, hypothesis, procedure (participants/ study groups, time and place of the research – case study, used methods and procedures); results – explicitly related to the hypothesis and/or the problems open to discussion; conclusions: stressing upon the practical implications of the results– we recommend that each of these paragraphs to be noted on well delimited sections of the poster.
A possible arrangement of the exposing field may be by using frames named as the following:
1. Title; authors; affiliation; 2. Introduction (theoretical basis, conceptual frame); 3. Objectives and hypothesis; 4. Procedure (4.1.Participants/ study groups; 4.2.Variables/ Problems; 4.3.Instruments); 5. Results (5.1.Text results; 5.2.Table results; 5.3.Graphic results); 6. Conclusions; 7. References.
3. Materials for the student – exposition (plotting of relations between different concepts, theories etc. – concept map, debate plans, workshops, trainings, instruments of psychological investigation – made by students during the seminar activities at different disciplines, but on themes that belong to the educational domain)
The posters proposed by students for the exposition must be exposed in a specially arranged frame, on horizontal and vertical surfaces. The authors are responsible for the presence of the exposed product in the hall intended for this event, with at least 2 hours before the opening of the exhibition, and also for taking the product back after the closure of the exposition. The organizers are not responsible for returning the products not taken back to their authors.
The organizers clearly recommend that the exhibitors provide a proper quality of the items exposed taking into account that the only reward granted for this manner of symposium participation is the popularity award.
4. The organization of the workshops and trainings:
length: 90 – 180 minutes,
minimum 10 participants,
the organizers of the workshops and trainings are responsible for verifying the hall in which they take place and its endowment in accordance to the required exigencies, at least 1 hour before the beginning of the activity,
the organizers of the workshops and trainings are responsible for ensuring the equipment integrity and for freeing the hall as soon as the activity ends,
the organizers of the workshops and trainings are responsible for gathering the participants’ votes of activity quality evaluation at the end of the activity,.
Recommendations for the drafting of the papers for the purpose of publishing
The authors of the papers presented in accordance to the planning (of hours and of sections) will express their disposal to offer materials for publishing to the organizers of the symposium. This supposes taking the responsibility for handing the drafted materials respecting the deadlines and in accordance to the academic and editors exigencies.
Depending on the manner of handing the papers, the organizers intend to publish three different volumes:
Volume of English papers
Volume of Romanian papers
Volume of photomontages of products exhibited at the student exposition
Drafting exigencies:
Dimensions of items: 10 +/- 2 pages
Dimensions of workshop and training maintained programs/ description: 3 -5 pages
Dimensions of exhibited products photomontages: 2 pages
THE RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING THIS ASPECT WILL BE POSTED IN THE "ANNOUNCEMENTS" COLUMN AND IN THIS COLUMN AFTER FINALIZING THE PROGRAM OF THE SYMPOSIUM
The Scientific Committee and the Organization Committee thank you for the effort of contributing to the excellent scientific quality of all presentations at the symposium!
